Thirty-five years ago, Julia came to the United States with only thirty-five dollars in her pocket. But driven by an indefatigable work ethic and professional compassion, Julia Cheng has created a successful wealth management and estate planning firm.

For over twenty years, she has been providing comprehensive financial, business and estate planning for a diverse clientele with uncompromising attention to details and client satisfaction. Having first-hand experience in financial services and working in the global economy, Julia takes a prudent approach to providing effective and sound unbiased recommendations to her clients and their families.

After earning the prestigious designation of Certified Financial Planner through the College of Financial Planning, Julia became an instructor of the advanced estate and business planning in Western Regional Territory of Prudential Financial. She has also conducted various workshops and seminars to women and business owners nationally and internationally.

Julia has become one of the most recognized and respected financial advisors in the world, having earned more than 100 awards for her quality service, professional accomplishments and community contributions. However, even with all of her success, Julia hasn’t lost touch with what she enjoys most about her work: guiding individuals along the road to their financial dreams.

CA License# 0816637. Julia has securities licenses in series 6, 7, 24, 26, 63 and 64. In 27 states, she is licensed in life, property and casualty insurance.

Don Rosborough

Director of Advanced Markets
Don Rosborough, CLU, ChFC brings thirty years of experience in insurance planning to the Advanced Planning Center. Don started his career as an advisor before moving into management and then into the corporate marketing department of a major life insurance company. Most recently, he served as part of the advanced marketing team in which he handled advisor consultations and marketing strategies. His expertise ranges from policy appraisals to business planning and wealth transfer.

His past experience includes serving as a financial advisor starting in 1981, assistant to managing director from 1990 to 1996. Don joined a corporate call center desk in 1996 where he managed the planning team, inforce illustration team, product and new business center. In his role, he also provided direct advanced planning support to the top life insurance advisors of the firm. Prior to joining as Director of Advanced Markets, Don was on the advanced life marketing team where he did case consultation and was responsible for vendor oversight specific to advance planning tools and software applications.

Don and his wife Cindy are the parents of two children, Danielle and Matthew. Both of them are currently in South Florida. Danielle is a lawyer, enjoying a Federal judge clerkship in Miami and Matthew is attending Florida Atlantic University.

Kent Griffin

VP of Case Design, Advanced Markets
Kent began his insurance career in 1990 as a sales associate with a Jacksonville firm that specialized in estate and business planning. He joined the agency in the fall of 1999 as a case design specialist and is currently in charge of the case design team. As the Vice President of Case Design and Advanced Markets, Kent and his team handle all quotes, comparisons and case design needs.

Kent has extensive training and background in estate planning, executive benefits planning and personal financial planning utilizing life insurance. His special expertise is in selection and placement of life insurance within these planning areas.

A 1984 graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Economics, Kent received an MBA from the University of North Florida in 2005.

Kent Griffin

VP of Case Design, Advanced Markets

Ashley Chang

Marketing Consultant
Ashley completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from National Taiwan University. She worked as a telesales representative in IBM Taiwan. She moved to San Diego fourteen years ago. She served the customers as a register representative in John Hancock San Diego office before she joined our team. Ashley joined Julia Cheng Wealth Management and Estate Planning, Inc. in 2011. Ashley is in charge of client correspondence nationally and internationally. She is also responsible for special project designs and implementation. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Ashley had the license of Series 6, 63 and life insurance. She has two lovely boys. Ashley enjoys travel, writing and spending time with her family.

Callie Ma

Customer Service Manager
Originally from Hong Kong, Callie made her home in San Diego in 1982. For over twenty years, she has worked alongside Julia Cheng in the areas of customer service, management, licensing, recruiting, sales training and compliance. Callie is passionate about serving the clients, and every day she seeks to exceed their expectations.

Callie enjoys travel, music and spending time with her family, including her lovely daughter.

Callie has securities licenses in series 6 and 63. She is also licensed in life, health and personal lines insurance.

Stephanie Chang

Marketing Manager
Stephanie earned her BA degree in Communication and a minor in Business from the University of San Diego. She was also selected to attend the international educational program at the University of Aix in Provence, France in 2008.

Stephanie’s roles include marketing coordination, public relations, seminar presentations and financial services management.

She has been actively involved in various community services, as well as leadership programs across the world for more than ten years. Stephanie has also been involved with international organizations, including the World Entrepreneur Association, the Asian Heritage Society, the World Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and the Hong Kong Association of Southern California.

In 2014, Stephanie received the Certification of Honorable Citizen of San Diego. In the same year, she was recognized as the Model of Y Generation by the County of San Diego and Asian Heritage Society.

In her leisure time, Stephanie enjoys reading, travel, music, dancing, photography and ice skating.

張盈盈於2014年獲頒聖地亞哥榮譽公民。同年被聖地亞哥縣和亞洲傳統協會評選為Y世代的典範。

黃嘉荔

客戶服務經理
黃嘉荔來自香港，1982年起定居聖地亞哥。二十多年來，她一直與鄭莉容在客戶服務和管理，執業許可，招聘，銷售培訓和遵行法規等方面合作。她熱衷為客戶服務，貼心的服務遠超過客戶的期望。

黃嘉荔擁有6系列和63系列的投資理財、人壽保險、醫療保險、及產物保險等執照。

黃嘉荔精通中文、英文、廣東話

黃嘉荔喜歡旅行，聽音樂，享受和家人相聚的時光。

孫慧芸

行銷顧問
孫慧芸於台灣大學取得心理學士學位。她曾就職於IBM台灣分公司，從事電話銷售業務專員的工作。14年前移居聖地牙哥，曾任職 John Hancock保險業務專員。孫慧芸於2011年加入本公司。她負責國內外的客戶信函和宣傳文案，也負責專案的設計和執行。

孫慧芸擁有6系列和63系列的投資理財、人壽保險等執照。

她精通中文和英文及閩南語。

孫慧芸喜愛旅行，寫作並享受和家人相聚的時光。
